The pump medium is similar media such as clean water and fresh seawater.

Operating conditions for submersible vacuum preloading equipment

1. Rated voltage of motor: 380V ± 5%. Three phase AC power with a frequency of 50Hz.

2. The temperature of the conveying medium shall not exceed 40C.

3. The pH value of the conveying medium is 4-10

4. The volume ratio of solid matter in the conveying medium is ≤ 0.5%.

5. The density of the conveying medium is ≤ 1.05 x 10kg/m3.

6. More than 4/5 of the pump height should be submerged in water.

Structural characteristics

1. The motor part adopts an F-level insulation protection level of IP68, which can operate continuously and reliably for a long time.

2. The motor shaft is equipped with a double oil chamber structure to ensure the safe operation of the water pump motor.

Transportation, installation, and usage precautions

1. During the transportation of the water pump, the handle above the pump must be used and it is not allowed to pull the cable.

2. During transportation, the cable must be coiled above the pump and not subjected to compression to avoid cable injury.

3. Before installing and using the water pump, it is necessary to carefully read the following clause 4 to avoid equipment damage caused by inconsistent usage conditions with the specified conditions of the water pump.

4. Before starting the water pump after installation, the following checks should be carried out:

a. Use a 0-500V megohmmeter to check the insulation resistance of the three-phase winding of the main frequency line to the ground, and the z-value should not be less than 50M0 (cold state).

b. The cable must not be squeezed or damaged. If there is any, it must be disconnected and reprocessed by wrapping it with waterproof tape. The processed joint needs to be immersed in water for 12 hours before using a 0-500V megohmmeter to check the insulation resistance to ground.

c. The power supply voltage must be within the rated voltage range (380V ± 5%); The damage to the water pump motor caused by voltage exceeding or falling below the rated voltage range is not within the scope of product quality warranty.
