Water vapor separation equipment

The water vapor separation equipment mainly consists of a water ring vacuum pump, a vacuum collection well, a drainage pump, and electrical control devices. This equipment achieves water vapor separation and continuous drainage under high vacuum conditions, with high efficiency and energy saving. It is the future development direction of vacuum preloading. The stainless steel blade wheel of the water ring vacuum pump rotates at high speed to extract air, generating high vacuum in the collection well. The water vapor mixture enters the inner membrane of the collection well and is quickly separated under the action of vacuum and gravity. The overflowing gas is pumped out by the vacuum pump, and the water remaining in the lower part of the collection well is forcefully discharged to the outside by the drop pump. The drainage pump can adjust the start and stop time according to the water volume, and the energy-saving effect is obvious. The energy consumption per unit area can be reduced by about 30%. Due to its high level of automation and low management intensity. Especially, it can save a lot of lines and pipelines.

Usage conditions

1. Motor rated voltage: 380V ± 5%, three-phase AC with a frequency of 50Hz.

2. The temperature of the conveying medium shall not exceed 40C.

3. The pH value of the conveying medium is 4-10

4. The volume ratio of solid matter in the conveying medium is ≤ 0.5%.

5. The density of the conveying medium is ≤ 1.05 x 10kg/m3.

Run debugging

1. When lifting equipment during movement, attention should be paid to the lifting position of the tank body.

2. After the device is in a fixed position, it can be powered on for debugging. Jog check the steering of the two pumps.

3. Add water to the vacuum pump, and once completed, it can be turned on and run.

4. The drainage pump adjusts its operation and stop time accordingly based on the water output of the soft foundation.
