Vacuum preloading submersible pump is a type of equipment used for drainage, mainly used in fields such as sewage treatment, urban drainage, rural irrigation, and industrial drainage. When installing a vacuum preloading submersible pump, it is necessary to follow the following steps and pay attention to some precautions. Below will be a detailed introduction.

Step 1: Choose a safe, stable, and suitable installation location to install the vacuum preloading submersible pump. It is recommended to choose a location closer to the water pool or well for easy drainage and maintenance. At the same time, ensure that the installation ground is solid and flat, and avoid pump shaking and resonance.

Step 2: Prepare the submersible pump. Choose a suitable vacuum preloading submersible pump according to the usage requirements and prepare the necessary accessories, such as conveying pipelines, cables, etc. Before installation, the submersible pump should be checked for integrity and routine maintenance should be carried out, such as cleaning the filter and checking the sealing ring.

Step 3: Prepare wires and protective devices. Adjust the immersion depth of the submersible pump according to the selected model and water level used. Normally, the immersion depth should be maintained at a distance of at least 300mm from the liquid level of the pump's exhaust pipe, and ensure that there is no air leakage in the exhaust pipe.

Step 5: Wiring and Debugging

Firstly, introduce the cables into the usage area through the distribution box, and select the appropriate cable cross-section according to the cable specifications and the power of the submersible pump. The lead end of the cable should be connected with waterproof joints and insulated.

Connect the cable terminals according to the junction box on the motor. When wiring, it is necessary to ensure that the connection terminals and electrical equipment are in good condition, and to eliminate insulation barriers.

After the wiring is completed, conduct necessary electrical tests and adjust the speed controller and other electronic control components to ensure the stable and normal operation of the submersible pump.
