To improve the efficiency and service life of permanent magnet submersible motors, optimization can be carried out from the following aspects.
Choose the appropriate materials. The rotor of a permanent magnet submersible motor is usually made of permanent magnet material. Choosing a permanent magnet material with high magnetic energy product, high coercivity, and good oxidation resistance can improve the magnetic performance, corrosion resistance, and mechanical strength of the motor.
