ZQ-HQ series submersible motors and pumps

ZQB and HQB blade semi adjustable submersible axial flow pumps and mixed flow pumps (collectively referred to as submersible electric pumps in this sample) are updated products of traditional axial flow pumps and mixed flow pumps, retaining the characteristics of large single unit flow rate, wide head amplitude, and high efficiency. The motor driving the water pump is a dry type fully enclosed submersible three-phase asynchronous motor. This series of submersible electric pumps can operate continuously in the water for a long time and have advantages that traditional units cannot compare.

1. Strong adaptability:

(1) It can transport clean water and mild sewage, with a medium temperature of up to 40 ℃, a pH value of 4-10, and a maximum particle size of 100mm. (2) Usage scenarios: urban water supply, water diversion engineering, municipal drainage, urban sewage drainage system, sewage treatment engineering, shipyard water supply and drainage, water diversion of water network hubs, drainage irrigation, aquaculture, etc. The submersible axial flow pump is suitable for low head and high flow situations, with a head generally below 10 meters. The submersible mixed flow pump has high efficiency and good cavitation performance, and is suitable for situations with large water level fluctuations and high head requirements. The head is generally below 20 meters.

2. The pump station has low investment and simple operation and management:

It also eliminates the need for long shafts and intermediate bearings between pumps, making the operation of the unit more stable and reliable.

3. High reliability, vibration free, and low noise:
