Its working principle is to use the negative pressure effect generated by the air negative pressure inside the pump body to attract water flow into the pump body, and then push the water flow to the outlet through the blades or spiral lines inside the pump body, thereby achieving the transportation and discharge of water flow.

Specifically, the working principle of a vacuum preloading submersible pump can be divided into the following steps:

Pump body structure: Vacuum preloaded submersible pumps generally consist of a motor, pump body, and water dispenser. The motor transmits power to the pump body through a transmission device, thereby causing the pump body to rotate. The water dispenser is used to introduce water flow and guide it to the pump body.

Negative pressure formation: When the pump body begins to rotate, a closed space is formed inside the pump body due to the sealing of the internal space. At this point, the air in the pump body diffuses outward due to inertia, forming a negative pressure area.

Water flow in: While the pump body forms a negative pressure, the water dispenser guides the water flow into the pump body and enters the negative pressure area through the water flow pipeline. Due to negative pressure, water naturally enters the pump body.

Water flow pushing: When water enters the pump body, the rotating blades or spiral lines inside the pump body will push the water flow to the outlet part of the pump body. During the pushing process, the rotational force of the pump body exerts force on the water flow, and through this force, the water flow is sent out of the pump body.

Water flow discharge: The water pushed to the outlet of the pump body will flow downstream through the outlet pipeline and be transported to the target location through the pipeline.
