This manual is for the 28V5 liquid ring vacuum pump. The vacuum pump is a single-stage direct connection structure. This manual includes basic information and instructions that must be paid attention to during installation, use, and maintenance. Therefore, before installing and using the 2BV5 vacuum condenser, relevant technical personnel must read this manual thoroughly and be able to find it immediately on site.
The working mode and structural form of the 2BV 5 vacuum polymerization and the motor form a compact single whole with a small structure. When installed, only a horizontal plane is needed, without the need for a chassis. The 2BV 5 vacuum polymerization works based on the water ring principle, and the impeller is installed in the polymerization body. After the polymerization is started, the working fluid forms a liquid ring in the polymerization body that is connected to the center of the polymer network, and the impeller transfers the work to the thickening ring. The liquid ring oscillates periodically between the impeller blades. When pulsating, the gas is sucked in by the white circle blood suction inlet, and then compressed and discharged by the white circle virtual discharge outlet. Figure 1 shows a cut through view of the entire structure (looking towards the pump end).

Attention; 2BV5 vacuum and prolonged operation below the allowable suction pressure of z can cause pump failure. When using the working fluid for the flow rate in Group 4, the maximum discharge pressure of z for all 2 BV5 vacuum preloads is 1300mbar. The supply pressure should be 1 bar higher than the suction pressure. The working fluid should be discharged from the gas being pumped.
The separator is used as an attachment to separate gas and water. At the same time, the separator can allow some working fluid to be used on the ring.
2 Operations
2.1 Installation
2.1.1 Diagram definition
The 2BV 5 vacuum is installed horizontally on a flat surface and is determined through bolt holes on the bottom corner through screw inspection, without the need for a special foundation to form a chassis. When lifting 2 BV5 vacuum aggregates, it is recommended to use the lifting bolts on the pump side of the motor and a screw inspection hole on the downstream flange to lift the fabric (see circle 2). Attention must be paid to the transportation capacity of the transportation equipment! The pipeline connection (see Figure 5) is equipped with protective covers at all connection openings during delivery to prevent foreign particles from entering the container. Do not remove these protective covers before the pipeline connection is completed. The pipeline connection should not generate stress, and the pipeline should be supported.
a) Exhaust interface flange
For 2BV5 16; Flange 80ND10-DIN2501, seal 80ND6 DIN2690; For 2BV5132BV512; Flange 65ND 10-DIN 2501, seal 65ND6 DIN 2690; For 2BV511; Flange 50ND10-DIN2501, seal 50 ND 6 DIN 2690. The exhaust pressure should not exceed the specified amount in 1.3.3 for atmospheric pressure.
b) Suction flange interface
To prevent installation of residual passages, such as Yingqing, entering the 2BV5 vacuum problem, it is recommended to use the same exhaust interface flange within the first 100 hours. Install a filter on the suction pipe.
c) Suggest the working fluid connection method (see Figure 6) and the working fluid supply method (see Figure 7). This is for low suction pressure z. And a connection method that requires sufficient working fluid to be provided
