Two 55KW vacuum pump units are used as backup for each other, and can also operate simultaneously in a short period of time. To meet the pumping rate requirements of different construction stages. The two hosts are individually controlled by two frequency converter control circuits. Several sets (6-7 sets) of vacuum drainage collection wells are equipped with drainage pumps. Under high vacuum conditions, the liquid under the membrane in the state of water vapor mixing platform is sucked into the vacuum collection well. After water vapor separation, the water is forcefully discharged from the collection well. The pipeline system is equipped with a manual (automatic) air inlet valve group, which regularly takes away the water deposited in the pipeline to eliminate pipeline air pollution. The pry mounted vacuum unit has high pumping efficiency, low unit energy consumption, and is convenient for construction management.

Transportation and installation precautions

1. In the lifting and transportation diagram of the prying unit box, only four lifting ears above the box are allowed to be lifted.

2. At the construction site, the installation position of the unit should be close to the center of the construction area, and the distance between each collection well and the unit should be short. The installation position of the unit must be hardened to ensure that the unit will not tilt during the construction process.

3. The drainage collection well at the front end of the host should be placed in a semi buried form to facilitate regular drainage of each collection well pipeline.

4. The base of the collection well in the construction area should be leveled with sandbags, and then the bottom edge of the collection well should be compacted with sandbags.

When arranging the pipeline between the water collection well and the vacuum unit, it should be inclined towards the direction of the unit, and there should be no ridge phenomenon in the middle of the pipeline.
